Elevate East is a comprehensive neighborhood development initiative of the George Kaiser Family Foundation. We support strategic neighborhoods in east Tulsa by investing in their people, combining the resources of one of the nation's largest place-based foundations with the closeness of a neighbor.

We work collaboratively with residents, community-based organizations and public and private entities to invest and support immigrant families living in east Tulsa. Programs and services funded seek to be comprehensive and wide-ranging in order to ensure residents can live, work and play in welcoming, inclusive and vibrant neighborhoods.
George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF) is a charitable organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through investments in early childhood education, community health, social services and civic enhancement.
