Rooted in Culture. Rising with Purpose.

Elevate East is a neighborhood initiative igniting positive change. Together, we’re building a future where neighbors drive community change.

Our Vision

East Tulsa is our city's most culturally diverse and fastest-growing community, brimming with life and promise. We envision a future where its children and families thrive—living, working, and playing in a welcoming neighborhood that fosters inclusion, builds wealth, and creates lasting economic opportunities for generations to come.

By 2030, Elevate East will:

Increase access to postsecondary opportunity within the East Central and Tulsa Honor Academy feeder pattern.

Ensure families live in a thriving and healthy neighborhood by investing in place-keeping and beautification.

Build community wealth through economic development, civic engagement and innovative practices.
